Prior to forming Gibson &amp; Granello, Barrett was a top producing industrial agent at one of Houston’s largest and most notable commercial real estate firms. While achieving great success at the firm, he was also awarded the Most Improved Agent, won their Achievement Award and was recognized as one of the firm’s top 10 producers.<br/><br/></p>
<p>With over 8 years of industry experience, he has closed deals associated with distribution centers, office-warehouse facilities, and manufacturing buildings. His construction/ development background combined with this experience in the real estate industry improves his ability to help the client evaluate their real estate options and choose a strategy that best meets the needs of their business. He also has experience working on a variety of real estate transactions including tenant and buyer representation, project marketing for landlords and sellers, built-to-suit evaluations, sale/leasebacks, and investment deals.<br/><br/></p>
<p>Barrett and his wife Leah have a baby girl, Ava.  He is a native Houstonian and enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing when time permits.</p>

<p>With over 12 years in commercial real estate, Andre has been involved with nearly every type of commercial real estate transaction, including, but not limited to Tenant Representation, Purchases, Dispositions, Build-to-Suits and Sale/Leasebacks with a specialty is in tenant/user representation.
