With over 8 years of industry experience, he has closed deals associated with distribution centers, office-warehouse facilities, and manufacturing buildings. His construction/ development background combined with this experience in the real estate industry improves his ability to help the client evaluate their real estate options and choose a strategy that best meets the needs of their business. He also has experience working on a variety of real estate transactions including tenant and buyer representation, project marketing for landlords and sellers, built-to-suit evaluations, sale/leasebacks, and investment deals.

Barrett and his wife Leah have a baby girl, Ava.  He is a native Houstonian and enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing when time permits.

With over 12 years in commercial real estate, Andre has been involved with nearly every type of commercial real estate transaction, including, but not limited to Tenant Representation, Purchases, Dispositions, Build-to-Suits and Sale/Leasebacks with a specialty is in tenant/user representation. Andre is known by his clients and peers for his integrity and professionalism.

André is married to wife, Lauren, with twin children, Cannone and Isabella. When not spending time with family, André is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time hunting and fishing.

Gary specializes in representing office tenants in their lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, expansions, and dispositions. In addition to his work in the office market, Gary also provides consulting services for the acquisition of real estate investments and owner/user opportunities. By uncovering his clients’ overall business goals and needs, he locates and structures the appropriate lease or purchase solution.

With significant experience and hundreds of transactions, Gary has been able to successfully utilize his financial and analytical background to represent the best interests of his clients. His organizational and strategic planning skills have allowed numerous companies to profit from his professional representation in the evolving commercial real estate market. He is known for his sincere integrity, work ethic, and dedication to his clients’ goals.  Gary enjoys, golf, hunting, and fishing and donates much of his free time to supporting those activities through various organizations.

Prior to joining Gibson & Granello Realty Partners, he worked for a 250 million dollar Houston-based Real Estate Investment Trust. He was responsible for the overall management of commercial properties, including leasing, property management and construction supervision. With more than four years of real estate experience Jeffrey holds an active real state license with Texas Real Estate Commission.

Jeffrey was raised in Danbury, Texas and relocated to Houston in 2005. He was recently married and has a baby daughter. Jeffrey also enjoys fishing, hunting, & watching events when the time allows.

Chase is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M University at College Station. He and his wife Wendy have one daughter, Ava. Aside from spending time with his family, Chase, enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending sporting events when time permits.
